Peanut Butter Balls

  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • ¾ c. nut butter
  • ⅔ c. coconut flakes
  • ½ c. ground flax seeds
  • ⅓ c. chocolate chips
  • ⅓ c. honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Mix all ingredients (except coconut flakes) into small balls, then roll in coconut flakes.
