Soy & Honey Salmon

  • Marinade:
    • ¼ c. soy sauce
    • ¼ c. honey
    • Pureed ginger
    • Pureed garlic
    • Olive oil
    • Red pepper flakes
  • Marinade salmon in half the sauce, keep other half.
  • Drain marinade from salmon, add to remainder.
  • Cook salmon in olive oil until done, at about medium, medium high.
  • Set salmon aside.
  • Reduce all remaining sauce to a thicker sauce
  • Reheat salmon in sauce, serve.
  • Recommend serving with roasted veggies:
    • California mix or similar
    • Pepper
    • Garlic salt
    • Italian spices
    • Thyme
    • Start cooking at 425F in olive oil, add butter halfway through cooking.
